What to expect

Set the tone with the live music before and during your event. Optional professional amplification available—perfect for weddings, corporate events, private parties, community gatherings, and more. Playlists are fully customizable, and you can request specific music to suit your event's tone. Example audio of all pieces will be sent prior to the event.

🧾 Payment & Booking Policy

• Deposit: 30% due at booking to secure your date.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Date is confirmed when both deposit is received and contract is signed

• Balance: Remaining 70% due 14 days before the event.

• Payment Methods:

  • Check made to Joy Lee Music LLC

  • Zelle: 434) 382-7903

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days out: Full refund of balance.

  • 14–30 days: Refund of 50% of balance.

  • <14 days: No refund; deposit retained.

• Whether policy:

  • Performances will not take place outdoors in rain or any condition that risks water exposure.

  • If adequate cover is not provided or weather conditions are unsafe, the performance may be moved indoors or canceled at the artist’s discretion, without penalty.

• Rescheduling:

  • 60 days: No extra fee if new date is available.

  • <30 days: Requires a new deposit & potential rescheduling fee.

• Unexpected Overtime:Additional hours, due on event day.
